On some occasions a total refit is called for, on wooden floors if ceramic tiling is to be carried out it is important to ensure that the floor is stable to avoid damage to the tile or grouting. This can be achived by overlaying the floor with marine ply at least 13mm thick.

With the floor stablised and any nesasary repairs made to the walls the floor can be tiled, a job made much simpler by the absence of the bathroom suite.

With the tiling compleated and grouted it only remins to fit & plumb in the bathroom suite and add any special finishing touches.

With the finishing touches applied the bathroom is as new and ready for use.
